Manage your Communications Services account with our web-based BORIS (Billing, Order, and Repair Information System) application. Using BORIS, you can track charges on your monthly billing statements, calculate calling rates, or access records on your requests for repair or for service installation and changes. To log in to BORIS, you will need your UCSBnetID and password.
UCSB Residents
If you are a resident of UCSB-owned housing and you subscribe to telephone or television services through Communications Services, you may use the online BORIS (Billing, Order, and Repair Information System) application to keep track of your account. BORIS lets you look at charges on your monthly billing statements, calculate calling rates, or access records on your requests for repair or for service installation and changes. You will need your UCSBnetID and password to log in to BORIS.
