Communications Services is upgrading its operations management system, which provides recharge billing, workorder, trouble-ticket, inventory, and cable records management. This is the system known to many of our customers as "BORIS." One of the visible changes of this upgrade will be that the online account access portal, which is used to view billing statements and services, will have a new look.
Our database conversion took place over the holidays.
