Directory Order Form
"Our Natural Reserve System" is the theme for the 2011-12 UC Santa Barbara Campus Directory.
The UC Natural Reserve System has 37 sites throughout California encompassing more than 135,000 acres, making it the largest university-administered reserve system in the world. UCSB manages seven of the sites, including Carpinteria Salt Marsh Reserve, Coal Oil Point Reserve, Norris Rancho Marino Reserve, Sedgwick Reserve, Santa Cruz Island Reserve, and the two sites of Valentine Eastern Sierra Reserve. The NRS provides protected natural environments representing all of Californias major ecosystems to support research, University education, and public service. Our goal is to contribute to the understanding and wise stewardship of the earth. More information is available on the UCSB Natural Reserve System Web site.
How To Order
Departments can order copies of the Directory using our online Order Campus Directories form. The per-copy price is $3.40.
White Pages
All contact information in the "White Pages" section of the printed directory is taken from the UCSB Directory Service LDAP database, which is administered by Information Systems & Computing. UCSB staff and faculty update their own information, and make selections about which information they want printed in the campus directory.
Ivory Pages
The UCSB Campus Directory also includes an "Ivory Pages" section at the front of the Directory. The Ivory Pages contain detailed instructions for using the campus telephone and voice mail systems, as well as general information about UCSB organization, academic calendars, holidays, and campus maps.
Blue Pages
The "Blue Pages" section of the Directory lists contact names or titles and telephone extensions for UCSB campus departments, offices, and services. This information is also available online in Communications Services' Departmental Directory.
