What's New with BORIS Online Account Access

Communications Services has recently converted to a new version of its recharge billing software. This new version brings you an entirely new BORIS (Billing, Order, and Repair Information System) website with which to access your account information.

The new BORIS, which will be available Monday, April 11, 2005, contains billing, workorder/trouble ticket, and call detail information since February 1, 2005. Billing information prior to February 1, 2005, will be contained in our "Old BORIS" application. You can find further information in the BORIS FAQ, as well as in the BORIS Help menu within the application.

Please note that the new BORIS currently requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. Other browsers may work to a certain extent, but have not been tested. We expect BORIS to support other browsers by spring 2006.

We believe that you will find the new BORIS application easier to use. However, if you believe that this is not the case, please let us know. If there is sufficient interest, we may offer several short introductory sessions on how to use the new BORIS.

We appreciate your patience during this transition to a new system. If you have any questions about the new BORIS web application, please send email to [email protected], or call extension 8700.
