All non-University customer charges, such as monthly cable pair rental charges, are subject to a campus overhead surcharge. This surcharge appears on your bill as "Total Overhead." Effective July 1, 2018, the surcharge increases from 54% to 55% of the cost of
all University-provided services. You will first see this increase reflected in the August bill for services provided in July. Beginning on July 1, 2020, the rate will increase to 55.5% and the rate after June 30, 2021 will be provisional.
