In January, Cox Communications increased the monthly rate they charge UCSB and the local community for cable television service. As a result, Communications Services' rate for television service will increase as well.
Our rates will still be 5% less than Cox Communications' rate for equivalent service. Effective March 1, 2005, the new rate for UCSB cable television service will be $45.78 per month.
